Reactorz is a simple equation. Kids and teens across North America tell us what they think. In return for participation they earn points which can be redeemed for cash and gain the intangible benefits of feeling that they have been heard. We analyse their feedback and provide our clients with the answers to their questions.

Big Orbit's research process incorporates creative solutions at every step. We want to tell you, the client, what you need to know.
- The first step of the process is to determine the research goals. It is the imperative tool that is required to understand the research needs. Your needs are assessed, and we assign specific research objectives and a purpose.
- The purpose is an explanation of what is going to be studied; mainly the objectives of the study.
- Next comes an in-depth literature review, a very useful tool to examine past research done on the topic. It becomes a way to review different sources to establish past methodologies and results. In some cases, a literature review may not be necessary, and this step will be negotiated depending on the project.
- From our unique ability to distinguish the research needs, we will decide the best method of collecting information for the study. It is clear that different research requirements demand different methods, and factors to be taken into consideration include: depth of information required, the sample, time constraints, and budget.
- With the method intact, we determine the sample population that we wish to study.
- We pride ourselves in our methods of conducting the fieldwork, as we feel it is imperative to plan, monitor, and verify all data that is being collected.
- We next process the data by systematically organizing it into a form to see patterns. After it is sorted, we analyze the data and discover its meaning. We review the objectives and pull themes and descriptions out of the data to support them. We find that graphs and tables not only add visual clarity, but also that they support the findings accurately. Part of our philosophy is to let kids voices be heard, and we always take some of their direct quotes and incorporate them into our reports as a way to reflect how kids feel on the particular issue.
- We take the information we have acquired and produce an easy to understand, yet concise report. This report
is given to the client and we suggest additional research
directions along with recommendations based on both the
research and Big Orbit's expertise as youth market
consultants.
